Join a team of dedicated professionals supporting one of New Zealand’s top business schools! The Waikato Management School is looking for an enthusiastic School Administrator to be part of a collaborative team that ensures the smooth running of academic and student-focused operations.
As a School Administrator, you'll play a key part in supporting academic staff, coordinating teaching and assessment processes, managing student enquiries, and contributing to the effective delivery of school operations. Working closely with other administrators and under the guidance of the School Operations Manager, you’ll help deliver high-quality administrative services that enhance the student and staff experience.
Salary will be in the range of $ $71,275 to $84,695 per year based on skills, knowledge and experience brought to the position. This is a permanent, full-time position (37.5 hours per week) based at our Hillcrest Campus in Hamilton.

- Experience in administration or customer service roles
- Excellent organisational and time management skills

- A positive, flexible, and team-oriented approach
- A commitment to providing excellent service to students and staff
Familiarity with university systems or experience in tertiary education would be an advantage, but not essential.
