You're experienced in supporting the delivery of projects and initiatives that strengthen workplace culture and capability. You bring a collaborative, relationship-driven approach, and care about the strategic areas we focus on. You're confident working with data, working with providers, shaping programme content, and supporting communications. You enjoy varied, project-based work and thrive in a team that shares knowledge and works together to deliver.
You have experience in several of these areas:
- Research and data analysis to inform programme development
- Supporting the delivery of training programmes
- Planning and drafting internal communications
- Delivering initiatives that support workplace culture and capability
- Updating resources, including content and design
- Assessing tools and content for fit and improvement
About the Team - Mo to matou Ropu
This role sits within the Organisational Development Team, a diverse and collaborative group of subject matter experts supporting Inclusion and Belonging, Maori Capability, Career Pathways, and Leadership. We care deeply about each other and the impact of our work, and we're committed to delivering initiatives that support MPI's strategic direction and public sector outcomes. You'll be joining a large, team where knowledge sharing, support, and career development are valued.
The team includes three Principal Advisers, six Senior Advisers, two Advisers, a Strategic Adviser, and a Coordinator. We design and deliver programmes and tools that build capability, shape organisational culture, and create inclusive workplaces. You'll learn from a range of specialities, refine your skills, and make a real impact with senior support.
