About the role – Kōrero mō te tūranga
This 6-month fixed-term role is an opportunity to help grow and strengthen New Zealand Red Cross’s business partnerships. Reporting to the Manager Partnerships and Community, you’ll play a key role in supporting and managing relationships with corporate and social enterprise partners.
In this role you will:
- Build and support strong relationships with corporate and community partners
- Create compelling content and marketing campaigns that inspire action
- Deliver engagement activities that raise awareness and drive participation
- Monitor results and share insights to grow the impact of our partnerships
This role is perfect for someone who loves building connections, telling stories that resonate, and making things happen.
Who are we looking for? – Mā wai te mahi nei?
You’ll bring 3–5 years’ experience in marketing, account management, business development or fundraising, ideally backed by a tertiary qualification in marketing, communications, or a related field. Strong writing skills are essential, along with the ability to create engaging content across different channels. Experience managing corporate relationships will set you up for success.
You'll also bring:
- Strong writing and storytelling skills
- Experience managing corporate relationships
- Confidence with digital and social media tools (bonus if you’ve got photo/video skills)
- A proactive, detail-driven approach, with the ability to juggle priorities in a fast-moving environment
