We are currently seeking an Asset Management Analyst to join our team on a 6-month contract. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated graduate or early-career professional who is eager to grow their expertise in asset and facilities management, while working with data and technology in a collaborative, client-focused environment.

About the Role
The Asset Management Analyst will play a key role in supporting the governance, management, and quality of asset and preventative maintenance data across our client portfolio. You’ll work closely with senior team members on projects, reporting, and process improvements, with a strong focus on innovation and automation.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing and maintaining asset data, ensuring high standards of accuracy and quality.
Supporting asset data collection activities for new clients.
Creating and maintaining planned maintenance schedules.
Ensuring client asset information is up to date in all systems.
Supporting internal and client reporting requirements.
Assisting with data migration and process improvement projects.
About You
We are looking for a solution-driven individual with strong attention to detail and a continuous improvement mindset.
Skills & Experience:
Experience in asset management, facilities management, or data management.
Strong data analysis skills with intermediate or advanced MS Excel.
Exposure to Power BI or Power Platform tools would be highly regarded.
Ability to work autonomously, multitask, and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with asset management software is advantageous.
