Te Whiwhinga Mahi | The Opportunity
Are you passionate about delivering seamless customer solutions and seeing a job through from start to finish? We’re looking for a dedicated professional to join our Business Connect team, where you’ll play a critical role in bringing Chorus services to life for our customers. This isn’t just about order processing – it’s about interpreting complex customer requests, ensuring technical feasibility, and collaborating with internal and external partners to deliver right-first-time results. You’ll manage service orders end-to-end, identify and resolve roadblocks, and contribute to improving how we work every day.
In this dynamic role, you’ll have the opportunity to make a real impact. From coordinating implementation plans to providing support for new team members and identifying process improvements, you’ll be a key part of a high-performing, customer-focused team. You’ll need to stay sharp – maintaining an up-to-date understanding of our products, processes and performance standards – and be comfortable balancing your own workload while supporting the success of the wider team. Ō Wheako, ō Pūkenga | Your Experience
We're after someone who takes initiative, thrives on ownership, and has a strong attention to detail. You'll be a confident communicator, able to juggle priorities, solve problems on the fly, and always keep the customer experience front of mind.
To succeed in this role, you’ll bring:
- Proven ability to manage end-to-end service delivery or provisioning processes
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving issues
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to interpret customer requirements and translate them into technical outcomes
- High attention to detail with a focus on quality and accuracy
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Solid time management and workload planning capabilities
- A collaborative mindset and willingness to share knowledge
- Strong commitment to personal development and continuous learning
- Experience with telecommunications or service delivery is a bonus (but not essential)
