We are Horticulture company X fruit limited in Hawkes Bay looking for Business relationship Manager The roles are on permanent and Ongoing basis. The role will be based in Hawkes Bay Region. Pay rate will be between 30 to 34 dollars per hour. The work will be rostered between Monday to Sunday guaranteed for 30 hours per week.
Duties will be but not limited to
· developing and reviewing policies, programs and procedures concerning customer relations and goods and services provided
· providing direction and feedback to the other staff
· managing, motivating and developing staff providing customer services and improve business key relationships
· planning and implementing after-sales services to follow up customer satisfaction,contractor engagement, ensure performance of goods purchased, and modify and improve services provided
· liaising with other organisational units,labour contractors, spray reps etc.
· identify and respond to customer expectations
· develop customer satisfaction surveys and prepare customer satisfasction reports
Job requirements
- diploma level qualification in Business/ Management/client relationship management
Or 2 years of relevant work experience.
