Kōrero mō te tūranga - About the role
Te Herenga Waka - Victoria University of Wellington is currently recruiting a Client Services Analyst on a fixed-term, part-time basis until February 2026 to join the Service Desk team which is part of Te Tai Matihiko - Digital Solutions.
The role will be responsible for providing excellent customer service via telephone, email and webchat to university staff and students.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide Service Desk and remote desktop support for faults and service requests.
- Liaise with other teams, both within and outside of Te Tai Matihiko - Digital Solutions, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Accurately record all job details in call logging software (Alemba Service Manager), ensuring sufficient details are recorded to ensure any follow up action that may be required is able to be undertaken in an efficient manner.
- Use troubleshooting skills to diagnose and provide solutions for IT problems.
- This role involves working a schedule of the following 2 shifts: Saturday from 8:00am – 4:00pm (can be worked remotely) One three hour shift weekly (onsite at Kelburn) at a time to be agreed, but during standard business hours.
