All Trades Contract Services are looking for an experienced CNC Machine Operator to work with our client in Hawkes Bay.
Due to the nature of the industry, there could be the requirement for onsite work outside of Hawkes Bay.
About the role:
- Starting wage of $30.00 per hour
- Minimum guaranteed 30 hours per week
- Must be available to work weekends
Key tasks and responsibilities:
- Operate the CNC laser cutting machine and other machinery used in the production process, or assist other machine operators by assembling parts, operating machinery, bending, punching or sawing of metal products as instructed by supervisor.
- Select and set up lenses based on material type and thickness, load programs and set machine parameters to ensure optimal performance of the equipment.
- Monitor fill level of bulk tank system and report reordering levels to the supervisor.
- Lift raw materials, final products, and items packed for shipment, manually, or using hoist.
Must have at least 3 years experience working as a CNC machine operator.
Must have at least 2 years of experience on Trumpf, Amada or similar CNC laser cutting machines (TruDisk/TruFlow preferred).
