What You’ll Be Doing
- Making short-form video content (think TikTok, Reels) that’s fun, authentic, and on-brand
- Working with brands that actually value your creativity
- Getting paid based on content performance (views, reach, engagement = $$)
- Staying on top of trends, viral formats, and sounds so your content hits
- Submitting videos to brands with clear briefs no guesswork, no chaos
- Who We’re Looking For
- Creators who live and breathe social no formal experience required
- 0–5 years in content creation, influencer work, or just super sharp instincts
- A deep understanding of what makes content go viral
- Organised, self-driven, and excited to level up
- Bonus points if you’re obsessed with TikTok culture, storytelling, and good vibes
