The Role
We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic and ambitious Contract Manager to join our Mosgiel-based team. In this pivotal role, you'll:
- Lead forward planning, programming, and resource coordination
- Ensure safe, efficient project delivery
- Support the Divisional Manager in managing and delivering diverse civil projects
What You'll Bring

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare tenders, quotations, and job programmes
- Set and communicate production targets
- Develop Safety, Quality, and Environmental management plans
- Manage subcontract agreements and site safety
- Maintain strong client relationships and uphold our reputation
