About the role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Coordinator that has a passion for continuous improvement to join our People and Capability (P and C) team - whether you're looking to kick start your career in People and Capability, or you're a seasoned Coordinator who loves what they do - this role is for you. This role supports the delivery of key P and C initiatives, working closely with the Head of P and C and the Advisory team to enhance the employee experience of our people, their wellbeing, health and safety and the employee lifecycle. You'll help embed best practices across the business, enjoy bringing the People and Capability team together, and ensure smooth coordination of activities.
Key responsibilities
You will support the organisation through:
- providing general administrative support required across the employee lifecycle
- supporting the Advisory team with end-to-end recruitment
- assisting with ad-hoc tasks and reporting to ensure smooth team operations and delivery of key priorities
- maintaining accurate records and documentation to support P and C processes, reporting, and decision-making.
Are you someone with the following?
- Experience in a coordination or People and Capability coordination role
- Ability to organise your daily workload by setting priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with a broad range of stakeholders
