About the Role
We are looking for a confident, collaborative, and capable Coordinator/Team Leader to lead the administrations services within our Women, Child and Family Services based at Tauranga Hospital. This is a full-time, fixed-term position for up to 8 months, covering parental leave. Travel to Whakatāne Hospital may be required on occasion.
In the role, you will be responsible for the management and delivery of high-quality administration services for the Women Child and Family Services Team. You will provide strategic planning and oversight to the services to ensure optimisation of resources while providing excellent communication between the WCF administration team and other stakeholders.
This is a Monday to Friday role offering variety, challenge, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact across a vital healthcare service.

The Women, Child & Family Services team delivers essential healthcare support to our community through paediatrics, gynaecology, maternity, and neonatal services. You will join an amazing team of passionate clinicians and administrators working together to deliver seamless care experiences for whānau.
