We're looking for a switched-on, friendly, and highly capable Customer Care & Clinical Records Coordinator to join our busy Customer Support team. Based at Allevia Hospital in Epsom, this is a permanent part-time position, working 32 hours per week. and will include the opportunity to work shifts at Ascot Hospital in Greenlane as well.
Our Customer Care Coordinators effectively manage the main reception areas in our Hospitals to ensure patients, visitors, specialists, and tenants receive a superior level of customer service. Key tasks include:
- general reception, welcome & guide patients and visitors
- assist with patient admission
- create & maintain patient files
- invoice and take payments
- send & accept deliveries to the front desk

- Solid background in busy front-line reception, customer service & administration

- Exceptional computer skills, with the ability to pick up new systems with ease
- Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy and understanding of confidentiality
