About the role:
We’re looking for an enthusiastic full-timer to join our Te Awamutu team. This role requires someone who is energetic, highly driven and with a strong customer focus who can establish effective professional relationships across our diverse portfolio of clients. You will have a high desire to succeed and can identify new opportunities to grow and meet company objectives.
Just some of the things you’re responsible for:
- Customer loan inquiry and account management for new leads and existing customers.
- Processing and assessment of loan applications
- Disclosure of customer contract terms, contract signing, and account creation
- Providing excellent customer service
- Customer account arrears management
- Attend training as required by MTF
- Any other duties as may be reasonably required by the employer from time to time.
You'll need to have:
- Enjoy working as a team but also capable managing your own workload.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Organised and efficient with high levels of accuracy and attention to detail
- High levels of integrity and privacy, able to maintain strict confidentiality
- Confident working with numbers and can grasp new technology products quickly
- No prior experience in lending or financial services necessary — we provide full training.
