As a Customer Marketing Manager in our Marketing Centre of Excellence you'll play a key role in their mission to deliver excellent customer experiences through personalisation. You will:

Play a pivotal role in shaping and executing automated marketing communication strategies that drive business growth and enhance customer experience
Work in a cross-functional squad to deliver and optimise data-driven campaigns
Lead strategic initiatives to enhance the capabilities of the Customer Marketing team and drive continuous improvement.

As a Customer Marketing Manager, you will have the opportunity to:

Synthesising customer research and insights to gain a comprehensive understanding of customer behaviours, motivations and potential touchpoints for personalised communications.
Developing customer centric, insight-driven contact strategies across various direct digital and traditional channels.
Briefing our in-house design studio to create multi-channel content that delivers value to customers.
Working and collaborating with cross-functional teams in an agile environment to drive world-class communications.
Monitoring and evaluating the performance of customer contact journeys, focussing on continuous improvement and enhancements.
