We're looking for a B2B Marketing Manager to develop and execute high-impact Go-To-Market trade campaigns that support our Sales team in driving revenue and strengthening MediaWorks' market position. This role ensures our sales teams are armed with the right insights, materials, and engagement strategies.
What You'll Do:
Reporting into Senior B2B Marketing Lead, this role has a strong focus on sales enablement, lead generation, and strategic industry positioning. You'll work across MediaWorks' full suite of platforms - including radio, digital, outdoor and partnerships to enhance agency relationships and deliver results.
- Develop & Execute Trade Campaigns - Craft compelling B2B marketing strategies that position MediaWorks as the go-to media partner for agencies.
- Sales Enablement - Create high-impact sales collateral (decks, case studies, audience insights) that help our sales team win business.
- Lead Generation & Thought Leadership - Build industry presence through content marketing, digital engagement, and trade partnerships to attract and convert advertisers.
- Industry Engagement - Manage trade sponsorships, partnerships, and industry events that strengthen agency relationships.
- Performance & ROI - Track and optimise marketing effectiveness, ensuring all initiatives drive measurable commercial outcomes.
What You Bring:
With 5+ years of marketing & campaign management experience in media, advertising, or a fast-paced commercial environment. You'll have proven ability to drive lead generation & sales growth through marketing initiatives.
- Expertise in digital, CRM, and data-driven marketing (experience with Salesforce, Google Analytics, and marketing automation).
- Strong stakeholder management & influencing skills.
- Commercial & financial acumen. You understand how to maximise ROI and marketing spend effectively.
- Strategic, creative, and results-driven mindset. You're always thinking ahead, solving problems, and delivering impact.
- Customer-Centric with outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills, committed to exceeding expectations.
- A love of data and analytics to use insights to take things to the next level.
