Mō te Tūranga | About the Role
As a Customer Relations Manager - Premium Gaming, you'll be the face of SkyCity for our most valued guests. Your mission is to deliver exceptional, personalised service to Premium Gaming members, ensuring every visit is seamless, engaging, and memorable. You'll manage customer visits, coordinate exclusive events and promotions, and build strong, lasting relationships with key customers.
You'll also play a vital role in identifying new Premium customers, growing our Premium VIP tier and driving revenue in a safe and responsible way. This role is based in Auckland and reports to the Vice President of Customer Relations - Premium Gaming.
Mōu | About You
You're a natural relationship builder with a proven track record in VIP or Premium customer service. You thrive in fast-paced environments, are solutions-focused, and have a deep understanding of the gaming industry. You'll bring:
- At least 3 years' experience in a Premium/VIP Gaming environment
- Strong account management and communication skills
- A proactive, self-motivated approach with excellent problem-solving abilities
- A solid understanding of compliance, host responsibility, and AML obligations
- Cultural awareness and ideally a second language
- Experience in event coordination, reporting, and customer engagement strategies
