Your Contribution:

Reporting to the Customer Services Supervisor and part of the wider Supply Chain team,  you will be responsible for coordinating and managing export requirements for all bottled wine (US and Europe) and bulk wine orders (US, Canada, and Australia), ensuring timely and efficient processing to meet customer service standards. Some of your responsibilities will include:

•              Manage the export order flow from receipt of customer order through delivering to the port for all bottled wine exports and bult wine export orders

•              Work with the US Transportation team around shipment schedules and ensuring prioritization for key orders.

•              Research and resolve order and customer issues in a timely manner.

•              Code and approve freight forwarder invoices, investigate any discrepancies with the forwarder, and follow up any invoices not received

•              Work in conjunction with the Customer Service and wider Supply Chain team to identify and implement process and systems improvements

•              Updating and analyzing customer metrics to assist in Supply Chain issue identification.

About You:

•              A minimum of 3 years’ experience in Supply Chain – it would be advantageous to have export experience

•              Previous Customer Service experience

•              Accurate data entry processing

•              Strong organization and time management skills

•              Energised and constructive mindset
