What you’ll do:
- Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and counter sales
- Prepare quotes and process orders accurately
- Learn the ins and outs of seal technology and industrial applications
- Support sales engineers with research and documentation
- Keep CRM records up to date and contribute to process improvements
- Gain experience with product handling and logistics through occasional warehouse support
What we’re looking for:
- A person who has worked day in and day out with customers, over the phone or on a technical trade-sales counter
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
- Organised, curious, and keen to build a career in a technical environment
- Computer savvy, with CRM experience a must
