We are looking for a Service Deli Assistant Manager who can:
- Deliver on budgets and targets.
- Lead a successful team.
- Consistently maintain high standards.
Key Skills and Attributes:
- Experience: Prior experience in the food or retail industry.
- Customer Service: A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Communication: Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Innovation: Courage to promote products in creative ways.
- Leadership: Previous experience managing or supervising teams is preferred.
- Technical Skills: SAP experience is a plus.
- Attitude: A positive, “lead by example” attitude.
- Safety Knowledge: Understanding of Food Safety and Health and Safety regulations.
