Service Deli/Seafood Manager
We are looking for an energetic, passionate Service Deli/Seafood Manager to join the centre food hub of our store.
You will be responsible for planning, organising and controlling the Service Deli operations within the store including the management of staff, the ordering and presentation of product and ensuring the store objectives for the Service Deli department are met.
Your day to day:
- Motivate and drive a dynamic team of service food specialists through exceptional leadership.
- Ensure effective utilization of personnel resources.
- Stock ordering.
- Ensure compliance with Health and Safety and Food Safety policies and procedures.
- Merchandising.
- Meeting all set KPI’s and financial performance targets.
- Rolling up your sleeves and getting stuck in to help your team’s success.
We are looking for:
- Previous hospitality experience within a management or leadership role would be an advantage.
- A commitment to superior customer service.
- Initiative and integrity.
- Excellent presentation, communication and team work skills.
- The ability to be imaginative and innovative.
- Ability to prioritise and multitask to consistently meet deadlines.
- Physically fit – not a desk job.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to forward think.
- Be able to build positive and strong relationships with stakeholders.
