This is an exciting opportunity for a Delivery Manager to join our Customer, Product & Services team. The role will focus on collaboration with key stakeholders (Customer facing business units, Operations, Customer Product & Services, Risk and Technology) to understand the problem or opportunity to hand, and agree on the desired outcomes, determine solution options, and then facilitate decision making.
This is a hybrid role with three days in the office.

What are 5 day to day tasks the person in this role will complete?
Supported by a delivery team, and working with Business and Technology Domains to manage a cross-functional, co-located team in the end-to-end delivery of projects.
Manage projects by collaborating with stakeholders across enterprise to achieve the desired outcome. This includes supporting the management of delivery governance, plans, timelines, and risks and issues.
Manage deliverables that will contribute to overall success of projects / programmes.
Ensure the change approach of projects is aligned with the organisations strategy and is maximising synergies and integrating change with other change projects.
What projects / work will the candidate be working on now and into the next year?
Enterprise Document Management programme.

It is a high-profile programme therefore has high visibility across the organisation, delivering upon key colleagues and customer outcomes.
What is the most challenging thing about this opportunity?
Working with multiple stakeholders and other programmes to deliver to the strategic outcomes for BNZ.
What attributes will this person display in order to be successful in this role?
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills and experience in influencing others.
Proven experience in delivering projects / initiatives end to end.
Experience in delivering change through agile continuous delivery techniques and/or project management.
Strong analytical, evaluative, and problem solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
