Job Description
Your Key missions:
- Be the Icon of TRIBE Auckland Fort Street - Lead the charge in delivering a premium experience for everyone: guests, team members, corporate partners, and owners. Your mission? Make TRIBE the local hotspot and the heartbeat of Fort Street.
- Elevate accommodation and dining experiences, staying ahead of trends while driving revenue growth.
- Live the TRIBE lifestyle. Bold, unique, and unapologetically different, bring our brand to life in every interaction.
- Lead with vision, spot trends before they happen, initiate change, and obsess over the details that make a big impact.
- Partner with the General Manager to craft and manage annual budgets that reflect our ambition and creativity.
- Be hands-on in hospitality: Oversee food and beverage operations, and jump in wherever needed, whether it’s crafting the perfect coffee or taking a guest’s order with style.
- Keep it safe and secure: Ensure our vibrant environment remains welcoming, safe, and compliant at all times.
Qualifications
You will have:
- An LCQ certificate
- A GM certificate or willingness to obtain soon
- A full new Zealand divers license
- 2-3 years manager experience (preferably in hotels)
- Good knowledge of Opera Cloud
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A good understanding of emergency procedures
