THE OPPORTUNITY:
Join NZME as a Digital Audio Commercial Coordinator supporting our dynamic Digital Audio team across iHeartRadio, the NZME Podcast Network, and the Alternative Commentary Collective. In this fast-paced role, you’ll be the go-to for campaign coordination, sales support, collateral updates and content integration - ensuring our commercial teams have the tools, data, and insights they need to succeed. From campaign planning, through to execution and post-campaign reporting you’ll play a key part in delivering seamless, high-impact audio campaigns. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate and track digital audio campaign briefs and sales conversions.
- Maintain and update sales collateral.
- Support campaign implementation and sponsorship execution.
- Compile data and manage post-campaign reporting.
- Manage advertising content calendars across iHeartRadio, podcasts, and terrestrial radio.
- Assist with branded podcast production and client comms.
- Act as a super user for our digital audio platform, Triton Ad Platform (TAP).

- Analytical mindset with an audience-first approach, using data to inform decisions.
- Adaptable and open to learning new digital platforms and media techniques.
- Tertiary qualification in business, radio, marketing, or media/communications.
- Experience in building and maintaining relationships within a business environment.
