We’re looking for a strategic and technically-savvy Digital Marketing Manager to lead our growing capability in CRM, Marketing Automation (MA), and Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO).
This is a senior role that sits at the intersection of marketing strategy, technology, and user experience. You’ll be responsible for shaping smarter, more personalised websites and customer journeys – working closely with our development team to integrate CRM and MA systems, while leading CRO initiatives to maximise performance.
You'll also work closely with our Search Specialist on major website transitions and content-led projects, ensuring a connected experience from first impression through to conversion and retention.
We’re after someone who’s excited by data-driven marketing, who loves designing intelligent systems that make websites work harder, and who’s equally comfortable collaborating with developers as they are briefing creatives.
Role and Responsibilities
Lead the agency’s CRM and Marketing Automation strategy, from platform selection to implementation and integration.
Develop and execute CRO strategies across client websites – using insights, user testing, and experimentation to boost performance.
Partner with developers to create smart, scalable websites with integrated CRM/MA capabilities and personalisation baked in.
Collaborate with creative, media, and search teams to ensure performance-focused digital journeys.
Design and manage reporting frameworks that demonstrate the impact of CRM, MA, and CRO efforts on business goals.
Stay ahead of digital innovation – identifying tools, tactics, and trends to keep us (and our clients) ahead of the curve.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in CRM, marketing automation, and/or CRO, preferably in a digital agency or fast-paced marketing environment.
- Experience with HubSpot mandatory. Experience with Segment, Customer.io, Zoho, Salesforce, Klaviyo, and others is a bonus.
- Deep understanding of conversion principles, user experience best practice, and digital data analytics.
- Strong collaboration and project management skills – especially with technical teams.
- Confident communicator who can translate complex systems into client-friendly solutions.
- Passionate about marketing technology, personalisation, and performance.
