This role is suited to someone who is a natural collaborator, able to work with stakeholders to develop a common understanding of business problems and opportunities. You'll be working on projects that involve refining user stories, capturing business process flows, and supporting change management and release management. Your work will have a direct impact on delivering efficiency within our squads and creating clear customer outcomes that utilises our chapter wow, standards, and frameworks.
As a Digital Experience Analyst, you'll be working closely with our software development team, stakeholders, and customer experience owners to deliver customer outcomes that make a real difference. Your analysis and recommendations will help us deliver efficiency and effectiveness in our digital ways of working, and your ability to work within our chapter standards will ensure that we're always delivering the best possible outcomes for our customers.

As a skilled and experienced Digital Experience Analyst, here's what you bring to the team:
- Ability to gather and transform business requirements into development backlog items
- Ability to create and refine user stories—you're skilled at capturing the essence of a problem or opportunity and turning it into a clear and actionable story for our developers and testers.
- Experience working with stakeholders—you're a natural collaborator, able to bring people together to develop a common understanding of business problems and opportunities.
- Business process analysis skills—you're good at capturing current state and future state analysis, change management, and using this information to inform our digital solutions
- Proficient in change and release management, supporting customer experience owners to keep customers a priority.
- Familiar collaborating with UX designers to develop digital user experience solutions
- Understanding of agile principles and practices—you're familiar with agile ways of working, and able to apply this knowledge to deliver efficiency and effectiveness in our software development squads.
- Ability to deliver clear customer outcomes—you're skilled at utilising our chapter wow, standards, and frameworks to deliver customer outcomes that make a real difference to our people and Aotearoa.
