Description
We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled Digital Support Analyst to join our Software Development team based in Auckland. This is a fantastic opportunity to work across a variety of digital platforms, including e-commerce systems, websites, and mobile applications, supporting both internal teams and external vendors.
About the Role
Reporting to the Development Manager, you will provide second-level support for digital platforms, ensuring smooth operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement. You’ll be involved in diagnosing and resolving technical issues, supporting users, and contributing to project delivery and platform enhancements.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide 2nd-level support for eCommerce, CMS, and mobile/web applications.
- Monitor system performance and ensure high availability.
- Assist with configuration changes and application testing.
- Support documentation, training, and reporting activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors.
- Participate in digital platform projects and post-launch support.
About you
We would encourage you to apply if you possess:
- 1-2 years of relevant experience will be great; however, your passion, curiosity, and ability to learn swiftly matter more to us.
- A strong interest in tech, digital platforms, and/ or web development.
- Clear communication and a collaborative mindset. You’ll work with people from all over the business.
- Some experience (professional or personal) with websites, eCommerce, or web tech (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Exposure to tools like Shopify, WordPress, Jira, or New Relic is a bonus but not a deal breaker.
- An understanding (or keen interest) in how software is built and maintained (Agile, SDLC, etc.).
- Light coding experience or knowledge of tools like Auth0 or Azure AD B2C is a plus, but we’ll support your growth.
