As a Digital Systems and Support Analyst, you'll be pivotal in maintaining the security, efficiency, and reliability of our digital systems, enabling our team to focus on delivering life-changing healthcare solutions. What you'll do
- Champion End User Satisfaction: Receive, prioritise, and actively resolve end user help requests. You'll be the superhero who swoops in to tackle technical challenges, ensuring our colleagues can work efficiently. You'll not only tackle technical challenges but also ensure that user satisfaction and system security remain top priorities.
- Problem-Solving Extraordinaire: Take ownership of problem determination, incident recording, resolution, and escalation. You'll proactively address recurring issues, working with our teams to prevent future incidents and strengthen our cybersecurity posture.
- Tech Explorer: Assist with researching and procuring hardware and software. You'll be on the cutting edge, evaluating the best tools to empower our teams.
- Cybersecurity Guardian: Assist in safeguarding our systems by monitoring for vulnerabilities, managing user access, and implementing preventative measures. Your efforts will help protect our sensitive data and infrastructure.
What you'll bring
- Proven expertise: 5+ years in support/engineering with a degree, diploma, or industry certification.
- Great communicator: Confident and clear in both written and verbal interactions.
- Tech savvy: Hands-on experience across networks, systems, and cybersecurity (Windows 10/11, Server 2019/2022, VMWare, Veeam, Aruba, ClearPass, Apple, firewalls, encryption).
- Application whiz: Skilled in MS Office, Adobe, and everyday business tools.
- Problem solver: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues fast—keeping systems running smoothly.
- Customer champion: Build rapport, deliver great service, and leave users smiling.
- Knowledge sharer: Create FAQs and guides to make life easier for the team.
- Quality driver: Ensure every system meets strict compliance and validation standards.
- Forward thinker: Spot trends, prevent risks, and shape a stronger digital infrastructure.
