Dry Goods Manager
We’re on the hunt for someone who’s going places—and is looking for an opportunity to show everyone what they are capable of.
This role leads our Dry Goods teams (Grocery, Chilled, Frozen, GM, and Liquor), but we’re after more than just a manager. We want a leader with sharp business smarts, a passion for developing people, and the kind of energy that drives performance and inspires others.
Pak’nSave Papakura is growing—and we’re not slowing down.
We’ve been reinvesting heavily in the store, and now we’re looking for talented leaders to help us unlock the next level of growth we know is there.
We could list a whole bunch of bullet points about what we’re looking for, but let’s be real—the right person will already know about the fantastic opportunities that the supermarket industry can provide and will be able to see how this role can help them. - Extensive leadership experience (ideally in supermarkets or FMCG),
- A proven track record of building and leading successful teams,
- The ability to juggle a heavy workload, handle the occasional drama (good and bad), and still find time for special projects,
- A long-term career vision —and the drive to use this role as a stepping stone to get there.
