Mō te Tūranga | About the Role
As the Duty Manager of Horizon by SkyCity you will find yourself working amongst our close-knit front office teams and will be responsible for ensuring every guest experience is exceptional by overseeing and supervising the day-to-day operations of the front desk.
Mōu | About You
We are looking for an energetic and dedicated hotel professional who is proactive and confident with a friendly personality! As this role will cover all shifts including night audit there is a requirement of knowledge of financial management including budgeting, cost control and P&L's. You will have a high level of commitment to providing a professional and memorable guest experience to all our valued customers. You must possess excellent English language skills, with a secondary language being advantageous. As well as;
- A minimum of 3 years front office large five-star hotel experience essential
- At least 1 year experience leading a team
- A strong ability to multitask and great attention to detail
- Full Driver's License to assist with valet if required
- LCQ preferred but not essential
