This EVP Lead will guide and evolve our company QBR process, support strategic prioritisation, and strengthen how we implement our strategy.

You’ll play a central role in embedding our Full Potential operating model—ensuring we learn quickly, prioritise with discipline, and execute with focus. You’ll help ensure decisions are informed by high-quality insight—turning data into actionable, strategic choices. More specifically, you’ll be responsible for facilitating the Quarterly Business Review (QBR) process, supporting group performance management, and building the capability and culture of the QBR centre of excellence (CoE).
