Job Summary/Whakarāpopototanga
The core purpose of the Operations Specialist - Executive Aviation is being responsible for facilitating the day to day
operations of an executive aviation operation control centre.
Your activities/Ngā momo ngohe
- Assist in the discharge of the duties and responsibilities of the executive aviation operation control centre.
- Administer NZAA handling requests in a timely, proactive and knowledgeable manner.
- Coordinate, organize and perform ramp services
- Liaising with MPI and Customs to arrange clearances for aircraft, crew and passenger.
- Coordinate crew and passenger services for arrival and departure.
- Evaluating and reporting on maintenance and general requirements.
- Coordinate with Swissport local teams or other third-party providers to organise ground handling, parking, fuel, catering,
- transport etc.
- Liaise with local aviation authorities to apply for landing permits, slots and arrival and departure clearance.
- Ensure flight files are accurate and continuous updating during trip event with all relevant details.
- Ensure the transit, arrival and departure service experience for VIP customers is an outstanding experience.
Your profile/Kōtaha Matawhaiaro
- Experience in the aviation industry including ground handling, dangerous goods, security and emergency response
- Experience in customer service, planning and coordination
- Initiative, motivation and self-management
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Experience in Microsoft Office applications
- Full driver's license
