We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Auditing Services Team and provide essential administrative support, assist with vet practice audits, and handle customer service-related tasks. This role is key to ensuring our business delivers accurate, timely, and customer-focused services that meet our contractual obligations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide efficient and accurate administrative support across various teams.
- Conduct vet practice audits, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Handle customer service-related tasks, responding promptly to inquiries and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure the smooth delivery of programs.
- Maintain an organised and efficient workflow to meet deadlines and contractual requirements.
Essential Qualifications & Skills:
- A minimum of 3 years secondary education.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills to manage customer interactions effectively.
- Auditor standards 8084 or 8085, & 8086 is desirable but not compulsory as training will be provided
