Mō te tūranga mahi | About this role
As a Payments Assessor, you will be calculating and paying weekly compensation to our clients recovering from injuries. Your role will also include reimbursing other payments like prescriptions and travel requirements.
Part of your role will involve some difficult conversations with our clients in relation to over-payments. While we train you on how to handle these calls and our leaders will support you where possible, it is important that you are comfortable having these types of conversations.
This is a fast-paced role where there will be opportunities for you to continually grow and develop your skills as a Payments Assessor, increasing your expertise across several Payments tasks and learning more complex work types.
We have permanent roles available in Dunedin, Timaru, Hamilton and Wellington.

- The ability to quickly pick up new technologies and work effectively using multiple systems
You don’t need to have previous experience in Payments to join the team! Our team come from a range of backgrounds – hospitality, administration, customer service, payroll – you name it! If you can bring the above to the table, then we'd love to hear from you!
