Are you detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about international logistics? We’re looking for an Export Coordinator to help us deliver excellence across global markets.
Key Responsibilities
Stock & Documentation
- Coordinate stock levels and clearances with internal teams.
- Ensure all export documentation is accurate and delivered on time.
Export Coordination
- Align stock releases with bookings and customer requirements.
- Work closely with Planning, Warehousing & Logistics teams to manage space, pallets, and delivery schedules.
Shipping & Freight
- Liaise with freight forwarders to arrange export shipments to Australia, China, Hong Kong, and Southeast Asia.
- Secure sufficient bookings with shipping lines to ensure smooth operations.
Projects & Invoicing
- Lead and support projects related to export customers and systems.
- Assist with timely invoicing for export vendors.
Education
- Relevant tertiary education.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in supply chain or export coordination.
Experience
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Positive, can-do attitude and ability to adapt quickly.
- Experience with SAP and Excel is a plus.
- Knowledge of export/customs processes is desirable.
