We offer a cash salary of $61,000 per annum (depending on your skills and experience), plus a company vehicle that you can also use for personal travel (within policy guidelines). The value of the vehicle brings the total salary package to around $69,000. Not only does this save you thousands each year on running your own car, but it also means one less bill and a lot more freedom in your day-to-day life

Mō te tūnga | About the role
Your role will be to work alongside people with a disability or long-term health need, who are seeking paid employment and/or looking to leave school into the next phase of their lives. Your responsibilities will include:
- Working one-on-one with people with disabilities or long-term health need to seek employment
- Working with young people with disabilities planning to leave school and seeking assistance on navigating the next steps
- Establishing and maintain positive relationships - with the people choosing our services, your colleagues, potential employers, local community and other social and disability services
Ngā pūmanawatanga ōu | What you will bring
- Level 5 qualification or above (essential)
- Empathy for others and a passion for supporting people with a disability or health need
- Demonstrated ability to develop effective relationships with employers and community support networks
- Written and verbal communication skills to support engagement, rapport building, and advocacy
- Ability to motivate, work independently, and a willingness to learn
- Resilience to continue to establish desired outcomes when things may not go to plan
- Clean NZ Full Driver's License, with the ability to travel as required
