We have an exciting opportunity for an individual to manage Accounts Receivable & provide support across a variety of areas in our Finance team, with the opportunity for growth in the role.
About the Role:
Support the core functions of the finance team & manage Accounts Receivable.
- Manage Accounts Receivable including processing invoices, debt recovery & allocating receivable payments
- Assist with processing creditor invoices and generating pay runs
- Back-up for Accounts Payable & Revenue & Fraud Investigation Officer. Administration support
About You:
- Experience working in Finance/Administration
- Experience in Accounts Receivable
- Proven understanding of financial processes
- Proven computer literacy in Financial systems & Microsoft Office Applications
- Pro-active & looks for opportunities to assist others
- Level headed and methodical when working to deadlines
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Process focused
- High attention to detail
- Can work independently and prioritise to achieve tasks Excellent communication skills
