Rutherford & Bond Toyota, Wellington is a leading dealership in the automotive industry, known for delivering top-quality vehicles and exceptional customer service. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a results-driven Finance and Insurance Consultant to join our dynamic sales team.
We’re looking for a determined and ambitious candidate who is prepared to confidently identify and promote our products in order to drive sales, all while providing a great customer experience!
The main responsibilities of the role are:
- Maximise Gross Per vehicle sold to meet company KPIs
- Meeting with all customers at the point of sale, carrying out the appropriate sales and finance documentation.
- Looking after all customers finance enquiries
- Offering and promoting to all customers the full range of Toyota Financial Services products
- Achieving or preferably exceeding budgeted targets
- Always meeting deadlines
- Providing all customers with a great customer experience.
The successful applicant will have the following attributes:
- Experience in sales in advantageous but not crucial
- Accuracy and quality focused
- Demonstrates excellent initiative and ability to operate in a fast-paced and challenging environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills combined with excellent phone manner
- Competency with numbers and dealing with a large number of documents
- Good networking skills and ability to interact with a wide variety of customers
- Self-motivated and able to make the role your own with a desire for professional development and advancement within the company
- Experience as a Business Manager or Finance & Insurance consultant is desirable
