Job Description
Create guest service satisfaction- Assist with customer enquiries and complaints in a professional manner
- Deliver room service orders while maintaining a high standard
- Ensure room service trolleys are set-up correctly and empty food bags are collected promptly when guests have finished
Qualifications
Self motivated and energetic- Good interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in Food & Beverage is an advantage but not essential
- Ability to work under pressure & the skills to think on your feet to resolve any issues as is required
