The Role
You will be a motivated and organised individual, and you thrive in customer-centric and fast-paced environments. In this position, your main responsibility will be ensuring the timely and professional handling of all incoming parcels regarding damages, repacks, and missorted freight. Ideally, you will have a sound local and regional geographical knowledge of NZ wide cities and towns to effectively manage all exception and undeliverable freight.
With your strong initiative, interpersonal skills and capability to lift heavy items, you will be the perfect addition to our Freight Office Team.
This role is Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm

- Experience in similar roles or the express freight industry
- Computer literacy

- Physically Fit (able to lift up to 25kgs)
