Managing guest arrivals and departures with warmth and efficiency
Coordinating room reservations and handling guest correspondence
Assisting with guest activities and lodge experiences
Collating guest accounts, balancing daily audits, and completing administrative tasks
Assisting with guest luggage, valet parking, and maintaining guest vehicles
Supporting the wider lodge team with operational tasks as required

Exceptional organisational and communication skills
A confident and professional manner, in person and on the phone
Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and remain calm under pressure
Immaculate personal presentation
A full driver’s licence and good physical fitness
Experience with OPERA Cloud (or similar) is a plus but not essential
A warm, engaging attitude and genuine smile
What We Offer
Competitive wages and delicious staff meals daily
Access to our Associate Perks Programme, with exclusive discounts and deals
2 consecutive days off each week, wherever possible

The opportunity to work at one of New Zealand’s most iconic luxury lodges
