Reporting to the General Manager Marketing, this is a permanent, full-time position with the flexibility to be based in either Sydney or Auckland.

About the role
As Growth Marketing Manager, you’ll own the digital funnel—from generating leads to converting patients and driving growth. Your initial focus will be on boosting patient retention and lifetime value through CRM-driven, automated lifecycle journeys across email, SMS, and other channels.
You’ll also lead campaigns across paid, owned, and earned media, using data to personalise experiences and improve performance. Working with internal teams and external partners, you’ll deliver patient-centric marketing that’s creative, compliant, and measurable.
What you’ll do
- Plan, launch, and optimise paid performance campaigns across existing and emerging digital channels
- Execute MoleMap’s multi-channel content strategy (web, email, SMS, social)
- Build and optimise lifecycle marketing journeys for conversion, re-engagement, and retention
- Drive SEO-led content and collaborate on SEM efforts
- Run growth experiments (e.g., A/B tests, landing page optimisation, recall flows)
- Analyse funnel performance using GA4 and other tools
- Collaborate with the Technology team to improve booking UX and conversion paths
- Report on key growth metrics including website traffic, CPL, CAC, bookings, and retention
You’ll thrive in this role if you
- Have 3+ years in growth, performance, or content marketing
- Know how to drive ROI through paid acquisition and conversion optimisation
- Bring hands-on experience with SEO, lifecycle marketing, and marketing automation
- Are data-savvy and comfortable using analytics to inform decision-making
- Love solving problems, testing ideas, and iterating for performance
- Are a strong communicator and collaborator across teams and disciplines
