Are you passionate about using technology and data to deliver impactful marketing experiences? Join our high-performing Marketing Automation team at AUT, where your work supports real student journeys, from first interest to alumni engagement.
In this role, you'll help design, build, and execute email and SMS campaigns that speak to prospects, applicants, students, and alumni. You'll work hands-on with Marketo (our marketing automation platform), supporting campaign setup, testing, reporting, and optimisation. Whether you're a recent graduate or have 1-2 years of experience, this is a fantastic opportunity to grow your expertise in a supportive and collaborative environment.

- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

- Excellent written and verbal communication
- A genuine interest in email marketing and marketing technology
Previous experience with marketing automation tools (like Marketo) or CRM systems is a bonus, but not essential. We'll support you to learn the technical skills you need to succeed.
