Job Description
We are excited to announce a newly created leadership role – Head of Business Partnering Trans Tasman. Reporting to our new Chief People Officer, this pivotal role will unify the Australian and New Zealand HR business partnering teams under a single, strategic leader.
This is a unique chance to shape and lead HR business partnering across both markets, driving best practices, fostering collaboration, and delivering tailored solutions to support our dynamic healthcare operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and unify the ANZ Business Partnering teams, building a cohesive, high-performing function
Provide expert HR advisory across Australia and New Zealand, ensuring alignment with local employment laws and cultural nuances.
Partner with business leaders to design and implement people strategies that drive business performance and employee engagement
Champion continuous improvement in HR processes and ways of working across the Trans Tasman region
Collaborate with the CPO and senior leadership to influence organizational strategy and culture
Qualifications
Extensive HR knowledge and experience within the Australian market, including employment law and best practices
Working knowledge of New Zealand employment law and HR frameworks
Proven leadership experience managing teams across multiple regions or countries
Strong business acumen with the ability to influence and build trusted partnerships at all levels
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative and inclusive leadership style
