The role:

As a Health & Safety Advisor with us, you’ll be the go-to expert for all things health, safety and injury management across our sites. You’ll work closely with managers to lift awareness and ownership of safety, ensure compliance, support investigations and audits, and promote initiatives that reduce risk and improve wellbeing.
 

The role is based in Christchurch, but this isn’t a desk-bound role — you’ll be out in the business, building capability and relationships, and helping drive our strategic Health & Safety goals.

We’re looking for:

• A qualified and experienced (5+ years) H&S professional

• Someone who’s knowledgeable in legislation, systems and audits

• A confident communicator and coach

• A team player who brings initiative and resilience
