We are looking for someone who understands how things really work on the ground. If you are practical, operationally or mechanically minded, and not afraid to get your boots dirty, you will fit right in. This role is hands-on, you will spend plenty of time on site working directly with people, while backing it up with solid admin and reporting that keeps everything safe, compliant, and running smoothly.
What the job involves:
Initially, your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting audits and inspections
- Writing and reviewing policies and processes
- Assisting with and conducting incident investigations and risk assessments
- Reviewing and reporting on risk assurance and incident data
- Participating in team and safety meetings
- Facilitating effective contractor management on site

The role:

While hours will be set by mutual agreement, some flexibility is required for occasional early starts or late finishes to support Health & Safety start-up meetings and testing schedules.
