Job Description

The role is located at 49 Symonds Street  and while training will be on site, you will have the flexibility of working off site and therefore you will need to have your own laptop or desktop and phone access.

The HR Administrator role supports HR Services through data entry of student employment agreements such as Graduate Teaching Agreements, Teaching Assistant Agreements and casual employment contracts and completing the end to end process, monitoring non-advertised recruitment through the Smart Recruiters system, and supporting all staff through the on-boarding processes: following up where required and responding to enquires. Every year activity peaks at the beginning of each semester where there is a larger influx of student employment agreements. This is where your help is needed! This particular opportunity is to help provide admin support to the team for the 2025 Semester 2 peak.
