Te Whiwhinga mahi | The opportunity
Reporting to the Operations Manager - Shared Services, you will provide first-line support for all aspects of HR administration during the employee lifecycle, from recruitment through to resignation. Your tasks will include answering first-level enquiries, keeping our intranet up to date, managing the organisation's hierarchy/positions, and preparing changes to terms and conditions. You will also support our colleagues' administrative needs across People & Culture to ensure we deliver an outstanding HR experience.

- A team player with a strong work ethic who is quick to learn new systems and processes
- Strong administration skills with the ability to work under pressure, managing multiple tasks to meet tight deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with accuracy and attention to detail
- A customer service approach to your work and contribute positively to AUT's culture
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- High level of confidentiality for sensitive information
