We’re looking for an IT Service Desk Analyst to join our collaborative team supporting RHCNZ Medical Imaging’s nationwide network.

About the role:
- This is a full-time, permanent position reporting to the IT Operations Team Lead.
- You’ll be part of a high-performing IT team that provides responsive, friendly, and knowledgeable support to our staff across the country.
- While much of your work will be delivered remotely, you’ll also have the opportunity to travel between sites to provide hands-on support and contribute to IT projects and initiatives.
- This opportunity is preferably based in Wellington but will look at candidates in Auckland, Tauranga or Christchurch for the right person
- Be the first point of contact for IT support via phone and ticketing systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of technical issues—hardware, software, networking, security, and more.
- Provide remote desktop support and on-site assistance when needed.
- Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to knowledge base articles.
- Support onboarding/offboarding processes and assist with IT project rollouts.
- You have 2+ years’ experience in an IT Service Desk or customer support role.
- You’re confident using remote desktop tools and ticketing systems.
- You’re a clear communicator with a strong customer service focus.
- You’re organised, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- You’re open to learning new systems and technologies.
- You hold a full NZ driver’s licence and are comfortable travelling to support our sites.
- ITIL Foundation certification
- Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate
- CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+
