About the Role
We're looking for a Linehaul Supervisor (or Dispatcher) to help manage and support our national transport operations. You'll report directly to the National Linehaul Manager and play a key role in keeping our fleet running on time and our customers happy.

Our operation is 24 hours, 7 days a week and to achieve the high service level our customers expect, shift work is required for this role.
This is a fast-paced role where no two days are the same. You’ll work closely with drivers, depot staff, suppliers, and customers to make sure our linehaul runs efficiently – with full truck utilisation, timely pickups and deliveries, and a focus on safety and service.

What You'll Be Doing
- Overseeing the daily dispatch and coordination of our fleet and drivers
- Ensuring all vehicles leave the depot on time and respond quickly to any schedule changes
- Keeping strong communication flowing between drivers, depots, customer service, and clients
- Working with suppliers to keep freight moving across the country
- Monitoring and improving transport performance to meet service expectations and KPIs
- Building great internal relationships that help drive sustainable growth

- Great communicator who can connect with drivers, team members, and customers
- Proven background in freight or logistics operations – you know how the transport world ticks
- Strong leadership skills and a knack for bringing out the best in your team
- Solid understanding of Health & Safety regulations (especially around food transport)
- Tech-savvy and open to using new systems to work smarter
- A calm and confident decision-maker who enjoys working in a fast-moving environment
